Mostly about how BEP differs from standalone AI tools.
BEP Expert is a digital colleague per department. You configure one for Sales, HR, Customer Service, Finance or Administration, and it knows that team's way of working, the systems they use and the documents that matter. Not a generic chatbot, but a colleague that takes over work and executes tasks in ERP, CRM and knowledge base.
A chatbot often gives generic answers from a fixed set of scripts or a generic language model. BEP works as an operational company brain: it combines your documents, customer information, procedures and policy and can be tailored to specific roles, teams and processes. And BEP doesn't stop at answers, agents can also prepare work or execute tasks autonomously.
ChatGPT is strong on general questions for individual employees, but doesn't know your business information, processes or policy. A BEP Expert is different: a digital colleague for an entire department, configured to roles and workflows and cross-system connected to your own ERP, CRM and documents. Answers come from your own information, with source references, in your context.
Workflow tools like Power Automate or the automation modules in AFAS/Exact work well within one system. BEP goes a step further: an Expert works cross-system, understands context (not just rules) and can make trade-offs based on documents, policy and history.
