What if our core system isn't among the standard integrations?
No problem — that's exactly what the Industry Ambassadors Programme is for. We build the integration together with you. It's a key reason to join: you get your own industry-specific integration without being billed separately for it.
How long does onboarding take?
Two to four weeks, depending on the complexity of the integrations and processes. We handle the setup for you, in close collaboration with one contact person from your organisation. There is little work on your side.
Is this a beta programme?
No. The BEP platform is production-stable and already running at multiple companies, GDPR and EU AI Act compliant. The Industry Ambassadors Programme refers to the collaboration: you're one of the first 12 companies within your industry, helping shape the industry-specific functionality further. So you get mature technology and a role in how BEP deepens itself in your sector.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Your subscription simply continues as a regular BEP Expert customer. The €795 per month rate is guaranteed for 12 months. The Business and Enterprise integrations that are free for the first 12 months move to the regular rate afterwards. You're not locked in — the subscription is cancellable monthly with one month's notice.
Do I get training and support?
Yes. Personal onboarding, a direct line to the build team during your participation as Industry Ambassador, and ongoing support after go-live. That's why we limit this programme to 12 organisations: we want to be able to guide every ambassador well.
